I am a multimedia artist and aspiring photographer enamored by the processes that goes into creating a beautiful photo. From the precisely timed moment of a shutter-release to the final product, nothing compares to the feeling of capturing the perfect shot. Whether it is spending hours developing film and manipulating light or fine-tuning digital photos, the precise thoughts and care that goes into creating a sophisticated photo has always driven me to experiment as much as possible within my own works.



I tend to approach my photography as a study of grain and atmosphere. Experimenting with different film stocks allows me to control the emotional tone of a scene, balancing the warm colors of Fujifilm and Kodak Gold and the bold contrast and depth of the Ilford 400 and T-Max 100. I firmly believe that the medium is just as important as the subject of my photos as it changes the ultimate "feel" of a photo. I ultimately strive to create photos with a visually cohesive composition that demonstrates my control of the contrast and atmosphere of my subjects.
